Mike Watmough
Managing Director and
Principal Cyber Security Consultant
Mike has spent the last 10 years in London heading up the cyber security function or as lead cyber security consultant of several well-known finance sector firms, including a FTSE100 company, and two top-tier UK government departments.
From 2021 to 2025, Mike led the cyber security function of a top-tier UK pensions business, formed in part by two big-four carveouts, and worked with countless pension schemes, from small to iconic.

With a cyber security career stretching back to his first role at Microsoft in the late 90s, and with experience spanning strategy, policy, training, operations, risk mgmt., project mgmt., incident mgmt., crisis mgmt., and assurance, few cyber consultancies are better placed to support your scheme.
